Aadhar Card is a 12 digit unique-identity number that is issued to all Indian residents based on the biometric and demographic data. The data is collected by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Change Aadhar Card Mobile Number
Here we have the following steps to change the Online Aadhar Card Mobile Number:
- Select the Aadhaar self-service portal under the Update Aadhaar section in the UIDAI official website.
- Now provide your Aadhaar number and the verification captcha text to generate an OTP in your existing or registered number.
- Submit the OTP after receiving a new page appears for the updating the new details.
- After that, you will get some option on the screen.
- Select ‘Mobile Number’ under ‘Select field(s) to update’.
- Enter your new mobile number.
- At last, submit your changes and complete the process for changes your mobile number for Aadhar Card.
Step to Change Aadhar Card Address
Process for changes the Online Aadhar Card Address and that is given below:
Step 1) Click on the Online update Aadhar Card details.
Step 2) Now enter your mobile number on the online portal to generate your One Time Password (OTP).
Step 3) The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone.
Step 4) After receiving the OTP number on your registered mobile number, enter it in the Text Verification box.
Step 5)After above you will receive an array of options like the Name change, date of birth, gender, address change and etc on there
Step 6) You will select the address change option among them.
Step 7) Fill your new address details for changes.
Step 8) Go to the next step, and will be required to submit the necessary documents.
Step 9) Upload supporting self-attested Proof of Address document (soft copy) for the change of address online.
People who want to change their address will be required to submit the AADHAR card change of address correction request in English as well as their local language. There will be an exception of the numeric values such as pin code, which needs to be entered only in English. For the change of address or address correction request is submitted and a user will be given their Aadhar card update Request Number. That number will be beneficial to save this number to track the change of address or address correction request status check and future references.
